1Chop super firm tofu into 1/2 inch cubes.super firm tofu: 1 block

2In a small blender , puree apple cider vinegar , lemon juice , olive oil , white miso paste , nutritional yeast , garlic , oregano , and salt .apple cider vinegar: 1/3 cup, lemon juice: 1/4 cup, olive oil: 2 tbsp, white miso paste: 2 tbsp, nutritional yeast: 1 tbsp, garlic: 1 clove (minced), oregano: 1 tsp, salt: 1 tsp

3Add tofu and marinade to an air-tight container and place in the refrigerator for ⏱️ 12-24 hours .tofu, marinade
