Oven-baked Cauliflower Okonomiyaki

  • cauliflower (thinly sliced)

  • cheddar cheese (cut into 1cm cubes)

  • corn kernels
    4 tbsp
  • eggs

  • japanese mayonnaise
  • okonomiyaki sauce
  • pork (thinly sliced)
    200g
  • salt
    1/4 tsp
  • self-raising flour
    1 c
  • spring onion (finely chopped)

    Preheat the oven to 220°C.

    Make the batter by mixing self-raising flour , water , eggs , and salt .
    self-raising flour: 1 c, water: 1/2 c, eggs: 2, salt: 1/4 tsp

    Add cauliflower to the batter and mix well. Add corn kernels and cheddar cheese and combine.

    Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Spread the mixture on the trays and cover with pork .

    Bake for ⏱️ 15-20 minutes until the pork is brown and crisp and the cauliflower mixture is cooked.

    Place the okonomiyaki on a large plate or board. Dress with okonomiyaki sauce and japanese mayonnaise .
