Oven-baked Cauliflower Okonomiyaki

okonomiyaki sauce

pork (thinly sliced)200g

self-raising flour1 c

spring onion (finely chopped)1

1Preheat the oven to 220°C.

2Make the batter by mixing self-raising flour , water , eggs , and salt .self-raising flour: 1 c, water: 1/2 c, eggs: 2, salt: 1/4 tsp

3Add cauliflower to the batter and mix well. Add corn kernels and cheddar cheese and combine.cauliflower: 1/2 (thinly sliced), corn kernels: 4 tbsp, cheddar cheese: 50 g (cut into 1cm cubes)

4Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Spread the mixture on the trays and cover with pork .pork: 200g (thinly sliced)

5Bake for ⏱️ 15-20 minutes until the pork is brown and crisp and the cauliflower mixture is cooked.

6Place the okonomiyaki on a large plate or board. Dress with okonomiyaki sauce and japanese mayonnaise .okonomiyaki sauce, japanese mayonnaise
